On the 19th June, ADEMU is to hold its first Summer School along with the Toulouse School of Economics. The event will take place over two days and students from the European University Institute, University of Cambridge, UCL, Northwestern University, Barcelona GSE, Bonn GSE and TSE will participate.
Every participant will present part of their current research, which will then be discussed by the class. The organizers – Patrick Fève, Christian Hellwig and Franck Portier – have suggested that the junior researchers have a look at the “Tips on preparing for the workshop” written by Tim Kehoe for the “XXII Workshop on Dynamic Macroeconomics”.
Two key-note speeches have been confirmed for the event:
- “Macroprudential Regulation in Economic and Monetary Unions”, by Jean Tirole (Toulouse School of Economics)
- “Sovereign Debt Crisis”, by Tim Kehoe (University of Minnesota)
