ADEMU Webinar: Learning from the Euro Crisis in order to avoid new ones

March 14, 2016, 5pm – 6pm (CET).

The weak economic recovery and the current international situation are raising new concerns regarding the resilience of the Euro Area, still in the process of consolidating its fiscal and monetary framework. The ADEMU webinar will discuss  the past euro crisis with the aim of extracting policy lessons and research questions that might serve to promote a Euro Area consolidation. It will be an open discussion with members of the Advisory Committee and researchers of the ADEMU project. The CEPR Policy Insight 85, “Rebooting the EuroZone” and M. Sandbu’s book “Europe’s orphan”, will feed into this webinar’s discussion.
